Next MadSIG meeting – Thursday 19th March 2015 at 3di Ripley

MadSIG will meet on Thursday 19th March 2015 at the offices of 3di in Ripley, Surrey, from 7pm onwards. Coffee and cake will be available.
By popular request, we plan to watch one of the excellent MadCap webinars, “Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Part 2: Fonts and Beyond” , which was originally presented by Mike Hamilton at the end of last year. Unless you know absolutely everything there is to know about CSS stylesheets and how to set them up in Flare, I’m sure you will learn something new from this webinar. After the webinar, we’ll eat cake, chat around the topic and learn from each other.
If you have not yet seen the first webinar in the series, “Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Part 1: Introduction and Overview”, I encourage you to watch it before the meeting, as it will provide a solid foundation for our webinar (view or download from here: http://www.madcapsoftware.com/demos/player.aspx?v=ef2001efe6a9f). You may know some of this already, especially if you have worked with CSS for a while, but even then, I suspect you may find one or two new nuggets of information.
Anyone who uses the MadCap authoring products or is interested in finding out more about them is welcome. You don’t need to be a member of the ISTC, so tell your colleagues!
