Our theme this year is:

Presentations and discussion on the day will include:
- Fundamentals: Chris Hester
- Information Architecture: Lief Erickson
- Conversation design: Maaike Groenewege
- Change management: Larry Swanson.
The schedule is as follows:
- AGM (ISTC members only) : 13:00 to 13:30
- UKTC Awards presentations: 13:35 to 14:05
- Presentations with Q&A: 14:10 to 17:00.
